Changing country

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can clarify for me what happen's to my Eso account if I moved country. I bought Morrowind on disc for ps4 in New Zealand and all the new chapters up to Elswyer as a digital upgrade in New Zealand. I recently moved to Australia and while I can still use it all so far, as I understand it, I can not simply buy the next digital upgrade from Australia to add to it as it will be a different region and incompatible.
Can someone please help me to understand if there is a way to keep all my existing progress and add the next chapter. I have spent a lot of money on the game, new chapters and eso plus and put so many hours into playing, I do not want to lose what I have or not be able to continue to build on it if I so choose.
PSN does not allow changing country of residence and that has already caused an issue when I tried to purchase a movie in store and it wouldn't let me play the movie as my location for PSN is now forever New Zealand but my physical location is Australia so digital purchases conflict.
I am looking for a ray of hope that this isn't the end of the line for Eso for me. Surely there has to be a way to continue without losing everything I've spent and built and having to start over, because I'm just not going to do that, I can't. Can I continue to add to my existing game and if so how can I safely do that? Please advise on what I can do from here.
