AP boosting / feeding - legit? Against TOS?

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_JessicaFolsom the point of this thread was to clear this up - any views? Clearly the community is split if its legit or not.

And right now players are sat boosting millions of AP in the event which in the first MYM you banned folks for. Clearly a bit of boosting is hard to detect, but when folks in a small group with one other group are earning millions in hours there must be some red flags go up somewhere?

Appreciate you don't discuss individual cases but some clarity on the T&C might help at least.

Here's one for you....
A really good friend of mine ensured all his toons read the AP scroll in the last minutes of the previous MYM. Also, they had completed the various quests in Cyro and hadn't handed them in on purpose. Subsequently when they joined the campaign (at a time when there was a low-score and a low-pop bonus in U50) simply playing the game normally resulted in a HUGE amount of AP. Every keep/resource taken was insane. Strangely enough there was uproar in zone chat about 'boosting' with threats of reporting. Absolutely nothing wrong - playing as exactly intended.

Double AP during MYM is ok... what needs to be addressed is this ridiculous low/score & low/pop bonuses which encourage all the 'bad' behaviour. Get rid of them. Oh, at the same time, get rid of that stupid hammer.....

2x for scroll, 2x for low-pop, 2x for low score...
Get a solid little group on discord, take some keeps, rss, and defend a bit and the AP can be astronomical.
The low-pop and low-score stuff is just plain silly IMHO.

Then you are a part of a AP laundry business. Someone's gets illegal APps "printed" by you and your friends, and then distributes goods bought with it on legal market causing an inflation of APs value.

That was more of a pun We can't take this to serious it's just a game after all. If your actions doesn't affect negatively other players I don't see any reason to ban it, but that's just my opinion, it's more important how ZOS sees it, that's why it would be nice to get any statement from devs on this matter.

It probably require some planning, if keep shows up as under siege all the time people will come and help.
If the enemy friend just has to keep close to the keep, might even be inside it but it don't show up as under siege then you have an option to exploit.

Another example of boosting, Xbox na blue emp on blackreach has multiple people play on his account, so he is millions of ap above closest challenger. Seems like it would suck to have to compete against that guy, but I guess they don’t mind it.
