Still not getting anniversary boxes as of April 3

At around 8:35-8:45 pm ET I turned in the 4 Vvardenfell dailies and received four Jubilee boxes and the four completion coffers for the quests.When I went back into my inventory to open the Jubilee boxes, they were all gone. I tried a /reloadui and I logged out and back in, but I still don't have the four crates. This happened again an hour later when I turned in the 3 daily quests in Rimmen.

Approximate timeline:

- In the afternoon (Eastern time) I did the daily crafting writs on 7 or 8 of my characters, and received the anniversary boxes for all of them.
- Around 6-7 pm, I completed the 4 Undaunted dailies on one character and received the anniversary boxes from them.
- I switched characters around 7:30pm and did the 4 Vvardenfell dailies as I mentioned above. All four crates showed up on screen when I accepted the rewards, and showed up in the item feed, but disappeared from my inventory.
- Using the same character, I then went to Rimmen and completed the 3 dailies there. Same as above, when I went to turn them in around 9:50pm ET, it showed me receiving the three crates but they were not in my inventory.
- This morning, April 3 around 6am ET I logged into one of my characters (a different one than the one that lost all of the boxes last night) and tried to do my crafting writs. After submitting the first one, I checked my inventory and the anniversary box was not there. I have not turned in the other 6 yet because I'm afraid I'll lose those boxes as well.

Please help me with this! I submitted a ticket after the Vvardenfell incident (200402-010964) but I got a generic "unable to process your request" response. I submitted a second ticket (200402-011504) after Rimmen last night, but so far there has been no response.

Unable to delete this, but apparently the problem was an update to an add-on that now automatically opens all anniversary boxes by default. Turning off the options in settings seems to fix it. I guess I just didn't get any motifs or anything for those 8 boxes, and everything else went into my craft bag I'm assuming, so I didn't see them.
