Since ZOS hasn't dropped an official list of which motifs are going to drop from the event this year, I'm going to make a few educated guesses on which ones will appear in the Jubilee Gift Boxes, based on previous year trends, release dates, and so on (and from sample sizes of literal thousands of boxes from previous years).

I'll update it if any new information becomes available, but I doubt we'll see anything in the next 24 hours.
(please note that despite this being April 1st in most of the world right now, that this isn't intended to be an April Fool's Joke. Maybe next time)

While I know this is not an official list, I am fairly confident that this is what will drop and what won't. However, I will update it as necessary, as things get confirmed or deconfirmed (or close it, I suppose, when/if ZOS gives us the official list).

    Ra Gada didn't drop in jubilee boxes in 2018, at least as far as I'm aware (possible it did at a rate far below other motifs). I don't think there was a particular reason for this. I wasn't keeping track in 2019. A very nice summary, thank you.

    Akaviri wasn't available the first two Jubilees I believe it was, but then it was added to the list, so given the fact that Militant Ordinator has been out a few years now they may very well add it as well. As for Shield, they've added some surprising motifs to the Jubilee's boxes in the past, like Welkynar.

    I'd speculate it is somewhere between 1 in 10 and 1 in 20, based on my experiences during past events. People like me will be doing boxes like mad and listing up tons of motifs on the cheap.

    Considering you get couple hundred just from doing writs, good motif droprate has to be under 1%.

    I am sure some madlad does 900 box in a day. Or at least several characters capped along with all writs.

    no, Akaviri has dropped in all three events, despite it being buyable for alliance points.

    that's why people were surprised in 2018 when Ordinator didn't drop.
    But Ordinator has not ever dropped from this event so it's not likely that they'll drop it this year either.

    Since the only Motif I done have is Militant, i don't have to grind this event.

    I do know about half the Militant Chapters, and i don't think i ever bought more than 2 or 3, so i wonder what event they did drop.

    they don't drop from anywhere. you buy them from PvP/Battleground merchants for alliance points.

    Thank you for the catch! I think when I was copy-pasting all those "will likely drops" that I accidentally copied over one too many. That's what I get for making this at 6AM.

    yeah, Ra Gada has never dropped from the events, which means it probably won't drop from this one either. I fixed the list to show this. (it's a very low-value motif anyways though so I doubt this will shatter too many dreams)

    Eh, where I live, we get to go outside, as there are less than 100 people in the valley at the moment - for instance when we walked yesterday, we saw only one person, and we were a good 10-12 feet away from him; just waved, said hello and went on down the road.

    I way overdid the whole thing on my main account last year. I was so evented out it got me so I didn't even want to think about another one for a while. Yes, I did get a LOT of motifs, which means I am getting master writs at a decent rate - but this year, sanity is going to strike: I'm NOT overdoing it. I'll buy stuff later if I need to. Of course, some of that is because I now have 2 accounts, on both PC mega-servers: I'm NOT going to do stuff on all 51 characters. I will do what I can stand on my 4 "mains" (the highest level characters).

    I think the ESO wiki has that. But off the top of my head:

    - 7 daily writs
    - Boss and delve quests in Wrothgar, Vvardenfell, Summerset, Elsweyr, Murkmire, Gold Coast and Southern Elsweyr (your character can get one per day, but the 6 quests can be shared in a group)
    - Dragon Hunt quest in Northern Elsweyr
    - Daily Mages, Fighters and Undaunted guild quests (these can also be shared in a group so you can do more than one per day)
    - Fighter's Guild bounties in Cyrodiil
    - Cyrodiil town quests (5 towns with 10 quests each), PvP mission board quests
    - Daily Pledges (up to 3 per character depending on DLCs you have available)
    - Daily quests in Craglorn (12 that I can think of)

    That's all I can think of while hopping through characters and pre-doing writs.

    gotta be careful with those Cyrodiil city dailies though. Lots of griefers like to try and farm the questers there so go at your own risk.
