I feel there should be ideas how to deal with this one problem that people seem to be talking about and please feel free to post your own so Zenimax can see them.

My possible idea that I came up with its likely not a very good one but maybe it is. If the 75% nerf of light attack damage comes to pass and this hurts healer builds. This is what they is what they could do with Healing Staffs to make it so its not so hurtful. Say a light attack did 1500 damage with a staff, 75 percent of that damage that is taken out because that light attack got nerfed. So that 75% nerfed attack outpoint gets converted to healing output so 75% would be 1125 healing. Then it diminishes to 65% with the second light attack which would make the healing now 731.25 and then light attacking a third time making it 55% which can be rounded to 402.18 Healing. This is for balancing and also to help balance it out this should be made to effect two random allies in your vicinity so they gets the healing .
Now each time you light attack and it diminishes the diminishing stacks up to three times and with a 30 second cool down till it returns to full power also for balancing reasons.

So say if your healing in a group you light attack weave as a healer first light attack in a rotation grants that 1125 heal then the second light attack done is 731.25 heal and then third would be 402.18 so light attack three times in 5 seconds you would have to have 25 seconds till that first and second healing bonus comes back while the 55% would be the norm and every 30 seconds you are able to do a 1125 and 731.25 heal while 402.18 that way healers still are useful and make it so these changes actually helps healer builds while not hurting them.

Also Staff light attack healing returns should never heal the healing staff wielder So this it only effects allies and not yourself. So players don't get self healing from this but others benefit from your use of a healing staff. That is the idea basically with this. Helping healers while not making healing too unbalanced with the current metas.
