Please just fix your performance issues since you can barely use skills at the moment in PvP. Which is already solving your apm issue.
Stop adding more math into your system that can’t handle it.
Weaving light or heavy is pretty basic in its application.... if players can’t incorporate it in to pushing buttons 1-5, I’m not sure constraints on those that can click a mouse button in coordination with a key should be hampered.

    Reworked Restoration Heavy Attacks to have 2 ticks of a channel and a final hit of damage to denote the fully-charged state.
    The first 2 ticks of damage are untouched, but the final tick of damage does 238% more damage than before.
    Removed the 200ms delay on the attack.
    Your movement speed is no longer reduced while channeling.
    The final hit of damage can now be dodged.
