Dual Wield Heavy Attacks now deal approximately 31% more damage.

Two Handed Heavy Attacks now deal approximately 62% more damage.

I'm really curious if anyone at ZOS did the math on this and why 2H damage - which is balanced on Live contrast to DW - got buffed
double that of Dual Wield. You can see the results on the screenshots above.
Also, did Zenimax forget that 2H already has a passive that gives you 10% more damage to your next attack after landing a heavy attack? Was any consideration put into how
this alone would affect 2H DPS when heavy weaving becomes the meta for maximizing DPS?
Yes, Dual WIeld heavies are slightly faster (1.6s vs 2H 1.8s), but they are not fast enough to make up for the huge difference in damage: in the screenshots: 9890 per swing with DW vs 12 758 with 2H - a difference of
28,99% in favour of 2H heavies, where as the speed difference is only 11% in favour of Dual Wield.
You're
testing things for a reason, don't let this go Live ZOS.
