Off Cycle Testing

Having only had a first look at the notes on the light and heavy attack changes I won't pretend to have any firm views on the proposals yet. I just wanted to applaud the sentiment of testing major changes like this off cycle and before making any final decisions on whether to implement or not. Hopefully this will give us as players and testers much more chance to investigate and feedback constructively.

I absolutely agree, it makes me feel more confident to know this will be properly tested independently.

And what makes you think they will actually listen to player's feedback this time?

This is them listening to feedback:
    1. A lot of people complained about LA weaving.
    2. A lot of people complained about a lack of testing.
    3. A lot of people complained about them implementing bad changes because by the time things are applied on the PTS, it is too late to change most of them.

With this they address these 3 things at once.

With the heavy attack change, prepare to get 1 shot in pvp with 2h heavy. A NB (100% crit from stealth) or DK (+3000 damage from heavy attack), empower with mage guild skill, then sneak up on you and heavy attack. Can you feel it?

That's why this game turned into pile of trash,
They listen to the wrong part of the community (Even if this part is bigger). To the casuals. These who don't give enough crap to actually l2p and grow as players, people that complain about animation cancel and faction lock that after 4 years still spam light attacks in zergs. They listen to role players and questers because that's where the money is.
At this point ESO is just getting money milked as much as possible from the player base, cuz we can all officially call it that this game will die soon, and even questers and role players wont be able to play it, pvpers and even pvers already leaving.

And nice joke, i bet you this will give live and most of the community will give negative feedback, time will tell.

They listen to the people who give them the most money (according to you anyway) and now you claim they're listening to the wrong community?
From ZOS' perspective and assuming your founding argument is true... why would listening to the group that earns them the most be "the wrong community"? Make it make sense mate.

Make sure to review your slippery slope logical fallacies before making your next post, @amir412 ... your argument is full of them.

People complaining about ZOS catering to casuals but the same people complain about the endgame scene dying out because there are only people quitting and nobody replacing them...
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    Because Zos actively kills endgame.
Endgame People are quitting because the performance is trash and the direction this combat team is heading is just trash for them.

Why would i want to play a game that does everything to undermine the efforts of getting better by buffing people who don't even attempt to get getter?

Is it a slippery slope fallacy when it's unfolding in front of us? The underhanded block change, the statement about throttling the skill cap, the over emphasis of crownstore items and negative progress with performance.
