Is Jee-Lar bugged?

Hello,
I have a problem for the Cyrodilic Collections daily quests in the Elder Scrolls Online game.

I had the quests given by the Argonian Jee-Lar next to the Stormhold wayshrine for almost a year now and this never happened to me before.

I believe the last quest he gave me was the Anti-Venom Agitation.
After the last Cyrodilic Crate, he just keep telling me he will look for something else to do and that I have to wait for it.
Concordia Mercius is right in front of the tend Jee-Lar is in. She tells me that he is really busy with his work.

I have no quests given by him active, and he doesn’t have the blu arrow pointing at him.

What do I have to do in order to make Jee-Lar work again?

Hello, I have the same problem. Until yesetrday I could get multiple quests from Jee-lar. Now I can't get any. Can you please give me advice to make it work again?

let me specify:

I have a problem for the Cyrodilic Collections daily quests in the Elder Scrolls Online game.

I had the quests given by the Argonian Jee-Lar next to the Stormhold wayshrine multiple times a day, it was a repeatable quest. I could get the multiple times every day. Normallly I would do 3-5 of his alternating quests per day.

Since the Blackwood Update I can get one quest per day only.

I would be very glad if ZOS could look into this, thanks

Hello, still the problem, that I can only do one quest a day from Jee-Lar. It has always been a quest which i can do multiple times a day. I just want that old behaviour back. Thanks.

Hello I searched the forum and found out that you alwyas could do the Quests from Jee-Lar 6 times a day:

Please ZOS, look into this and restore the old questline behaviour, that you can take up to 6 quests per day from Jee-lar.
I whispered to different players at the Quest-giver, and they all had this problem, so this seems to be general issue.

I also have noticed this little issue. Double checked patch notes and saw no mention of it so I think it's safe to say it's not an intended change. Please look into it as soon as possible, thanks.

Somewhere, in some patch notes, there is a sentence about multiple dailies from an npc, will turn into only one. I saw it, I just can't find it atm.

Any news on this? I Hated this achievement so much I put it off - This game already involves SO MUCH grinding - BUT - I was recently trying to finally clear it off my to do list - please reset it back to 6 per day so this Completionist can finally finish it!!

At least give us an Official Response - if it is going to stay at one per day - then I will abandon it...

Update: this Bug still persists.
I'm on EU Server.
I would assume it's a rather easy fix? But little do I know about such things...
Would be nice to hear that at least Support looks into it, tries to fix it or does nothing about it, cause it's intended.

He's only giving out 1 quest a day and I know for a fact you used to be able to do 6 a day. I have searched google and past patch notes and I can't find any reason or even an acknowledgment for the change.

This really needs to be fixed & go back to being multiple quests a day! To complete all 150 required for the achievement would take 5 months at the current rate, while the equivalent achievement for the NE prologue only takes 30 days.
