Flame Atronach Bear after patch

Since the update on xbox one, the flame atronach bear (one from last months log in reward) has been glitchy. Constantly runs in place even after dismissing and calling it out again. Have tried several other combat pets but there is no issue with them. Only the flame atronach bear.
