Tweak suggestions for the LFG temporary ban.

Could we please consider removing the temporary ban if a player leaves/is kicked from a group who recently completed the activity or could not join the instance? This has given players the temporary ban for situations they cannot control such as:
- being unable to join the instance
- being invited to completed activities
- being queued into groups you were previously kicked from (probably just shouldn't be able to happen)
Theoretically a player or group of players could troll many players by just sitting in a dungeon and repeatedly inviting players into it which would give them the temporary ban if they wanted to leave.

✭✭✭✭✭Sounds complicated from a programming standpoint, @jordturnb16_ESO.
Nor would it be high on the food chain from a dev perspective ... as these types of issues just don’t happen very often.
Remember, if you’re using the dungeon finder, it’s like a box of chocolates.
Not forming your own group means you sometimes could get stuck with mean-spirited players.0
