The devs play their own game all the time. They play PvE and PvP all the time and on multiple platforms. It's their personal time, don't harass them about it. They get infinitely more info at the office about how bad performance is as opposed to their own play time.

I dont believe you. I want to see at least one of them stream cyrodiil prime time, so we know they do it. Its the least they can do. Show us they have experienced it firsthand. Is there really anyone who doesnt agree?
Why wouldnt I harass them about it? Its their job. If they were manufacturing any other product theyd be testing it all the time in real environment, not in small shards. I dont see why that is such a horribly big quiestion to ask

Rich used to stream, always played PvP. Wheeler used to stream, don't think he played much but he did do DJ streams. Once *** found out and starting harassing them. The devs can spend their off work time as they see fit. They aren't required to jump through hoops.

lol prove it, show me one clip of an eso dev in cyrodil. I'm 99% sure you wont find it. Or better yet, find a clip, or even a mention in a comment or something, of a zos team member playing this game on console in cyrodil. It doesnt exist.

I've fought Gilliam 4 times...on PC lol
I don't think the same people that are putting out the patches and fixes now had/have anything to do with the game designers, and therefore, fixing these issues is, very likely, beyond the abilities of the current coders at ZOS.
Hence, we should all probably be demanding a complete rebuild of the game from the ground up. At least then the people writing the patches would have some experience with the base code.

Not really.
The original design for Imperial City required players to ride through Cyrodiil to get to the sewer gates. The separate IC campaigns is a relatively recent change encouraged in part by Cyrodiil players tired of having some of the capped population in a different zone.

I dont think you developers are aware of this. I comfort myself telling me that, at least, because if you WERE aware of the terrible performance, you would step up and DO something about it. So, I insist the team log on at prime time cyrodiil, and play it yourself for an hour or two. Then maybe that will be an eye opener.

And no one will....
Offer them some real life money by a million, then maybe they would consider looking in to your invitation. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
