the guy that got killed in that gif is only 560 CP, not you,
the low cp level character in the gif. not the person, the build is what being pointed out.
the only reason pointing this out is to show that it is easy to get high damage numbers on low CP level because low CP level is not MAXED out in defenses and damage output like the guy killing him.
it proves that is easy to get high damage numbers from snipe on a target that is not completely high in defenses like the rest of us are.

biminirwb17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭I sometimes run a snipe gank build in Cyrodiil, to be effective I need to be a glass cannon in Divines with lots of invisibilty pots.
If the health de-sync is reproduceable at will I have never seen it, my client doesn't show me how another players client is reacting.
People forget that snipe and its morphs work with other things like passives, a NB hitting from stealth can apply a stun, a morph can reduce your healing, a poison can immobilise you.
Sure I can one shot some players, but I also get wrecked by Stam Sorcs running hurricane, or smeared by a crit charge wrecking blow combo.
Its a playstyle, it has advantages and disadvantages.
As with most things in Cyrodiil pvp it is situational awareness that keeps you alive.3 -
