i was able to solo both dungeons on normal mode. Gave me plenty of time to pay attention to the quests :)

My guess that's not an option for 95% of the community.

I was also wondering what build MyNameIsElias is using to solo both dungeons. I have no doubt a experienced player can solo most everything but there are a couple of bosses in the dungeons that you really need another player of two to deal with the mechanics of the bosses.

I also found friends who would rp the content in both dungeons in order to enjoy the storyline. I simply asked around who wanted to read the dialogue, notes, etc etc and then grouped together.

I want to make sure I have this correct. There should not be a story mode so people can log on, play the game and enjoy the story because the content may be able to be soloed. To solo the content however someone needs to:

    Grind other dungeons for gear.
Make sure the gear has certain traits.
Practice for a bit to develop the solo skill set.

If that is not feasible due to time or skill restraints then a person should:
Ask guild members to cater to their run (keeping in mind one person advances / starts the quest for all)
Ask strangers in zone chat for the above.
Or invite friends to the game for the above.

Call me Akatosh’s favorite friend, but I thought the whole purpose of telling a story was that people could enjoy it. That is why I play games. I propose we follow suit of Final Fantasy XIV. This exact conversation happened there too. Now on dungeons they lock it so nobody can skip pass the story. So, some dungeons take hours to run even on the 1000th time. Or we could just let people have the sort of fun they want on a video game and enjoy the story at their own pace.
