Well, perhaps we are not using the same array of Add-ons.
Which is to note that the problem might be caused by an add-on used for the character(s) of the player who wrote the OP.
If Stamina recovers slowly on either of my two Sorcerers or on the healer Templar, then that is what I expect, because they are Magicka builds. On the other Templar, which is a Stamina build, I haven't seen the problem at all. Nor have I noticed it on the new Orc Warden (Stamina build) which I have been leveling. ...... Is there a class that doesn't use magic, other than the Dragonknight?
