100% negative feedback for this patch.

Sorry but I had high expectations for this patch and now I'm playing a game that is even worse than before.
Those are the things I can say after 4 hours of pvp gameplay (pc eu) :
-undo is still bugged
-lag is still here
-crash every 5/10 mins
-sometimes skills don't work for few seconds.
-streak is still bugged ( it sucks your magika , it shows his animation but you stay at the same position)
-streak stun and other stuns are bugged , you can't break free instant.
-gameplay seems more slow and intricate than before, seems like new block is a bit bugged.
-random loading screen
-combat bug is still here
-"hidden weapon with bow on your feet "bug is still here

Most if not all (crashing excluded) of those bugs and lagg etc has been present in the game for well over 1,2 and even 3 years for some of them. There is no light in the end of the tunnel anymore, sadly.

first point: Never encountered
second point: I have a great performance, no lag at all even in crowded areas
third point: Since the patch launched not a single crash
fourth point: Only skill that still bugs is streak
fifth point: Just said it, streak is the only skill that still doesn't work sometimes, of course you can't break free instant you have to press buttons before
sixth point: I experience the complete opposite, my game runs fast especially combat is very smooth
seventh point: No random Loading Screens and the regular ones are way shorter
eighth point: Haven't encountered it yet
ninth point: First one I really agree to, that still is an issue

1- everyone know that undo is bugged
2- well I don't lag too if I stay at stormhaven , but yeah in pvp main campaign ( in prime time ) you will lag a lot:")
3- maybe as I said above you don't play pvp, so yeah , GinaBruno said crashes are happening in cyrodil.
4- not really, after patch there are some skills that don't run in some cases .
5- yes but after you press buttons for breaking free it should work instant not after 1/2 sec :')
6- maybe in pve.
7-maybe in pve.
8-maybe in pve.
9- ok.

Why don't you use /bug ingame, fill in your feedback and wait to never ever hear from it again?

As many others say, enjoy the free pet. I asked for a working game, but people love to mock me and say they are happy with a free pet. Me, would prefer a working game for everyone.

I guess to each their own. I never got to play much yet, so the game is broken worse?

Yep. The game's startup performance seems worse than before (black silhouettes, poor texture loading) and beyond that everything seems about the same.

Pretty disappointing. At least the new dungeons are fun.

Oh, I do play PvP, I never had any issues with Undo ever, also the only thing that laggs in Cyro is primetime Vivec everything else is fine (and really if you play Vivec Primetime you are no PvPler for me, then you are a zergling), I never encounter random loading Screens in Cyro, neither did I crash

Vivec was the name of the main campaign like 6/8 months ago

Who cares? After that it became an unspeakable dragonsname and I actually don't know the precise name now either. Vivec is short and everyone knows what is meant.
Also Vivec was an international name, now the campaigns are named differently in other languages.

I don't care if others write about it. Its a fact that I didn't have any issues that are called out here, besides that Streak thing. But sure call me a liar, because you are such an amazing person that you always know if someone lies or not.
Its not my problem if players kill their game with outdated addons instead of waiting 1 week till all are updated.

I had all sorts of bugs and lags before, but never crashed. This patch introduced crashing to me too.
ZOS at their best, as usual, breaking what was working, never addressing what actually needs fix.

80% of crashes are caused by Addons out of date, they already mentioned this.

I left it on another thread, so this one seems reasonable enough to post it again.

I didn't see any significant performance upgrades (I'm not talking about load times, that does not bother me much), I still see FPS drops as before, currently playing in Murkmire.
Although it was said this patch will address FPS issues, let me quote: "significantly".

Spec of my PC are in rough, not to go into unnecessary as:
i7 8700K - 6 Cores (12 threads)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 - Hyperx Predator
GF 1070 GTX
SSD storage
All piped around and Water-cooled

I know that I'm not running the latest GF 2070-2080 RTX, but I'm not intending to buy it yet over ESO, it runs just fine everywhere else. Heck, it is running without any issues on Battlefield V maps on ultra settings.

I have V-sync enabled and card is locked on purpose on 60 fps, and I'm still noticing fps FPS drops from locked 60 to around 45-55, and I've noticed it is connected when you are moving around and game needs to load or render new stuff, as players and environment.
It was said for this patch it will address this issue.

I don't know about you but I strongly believe that on the current config, the game-play should be smooth all the time and everywhere in ESO. This is the most game breaking for me.

I don't have any DC's, or any other issue but occasional stutter is annoying AF.

I'm not happy, it seems I expected more optimization work on engine, which didn't happen.
Or in short, expected much, got disappointed.

Apart from crashing, my game was okay.

One time it crashed after I quit the game already.

How is that possible. It must really want to crash.

I tried without addons (even deleting them) and i still have +- 3 crashes/hour, in pvp and tamriel zones.

Never had crashes before.

Please read what people are saying. Loads of people who are crashing are not playing with addons.

You’re doing to your fellow PC brethren what many of you did to those of us on console. There were people who, like you, did not read what we were actually saying and posted unhelpful BS along the lines of “it’s not my problem if people play on inferior hardware” or “it’s not my problem if you don’t realize that all of your consoles are simultaneously overheating after a major patch.”

It’s great that you’re not having problems — that doesn’t mean the problems don’t exist, however.

Well then there are 2 cases :
1- or you are a lier payed from zenimax to do fake ad about their game
2- you live near server location

case 3, "a lucky ignorant fool" is a legit option too

When you counter another person’s experience point-for-point like that, what you’re essentially doing is attempting to invalidate that person’s experience. OF COURSE people get defensive when you shoot back with a post that discredits everything they’re dealing with. It’s great that you’re not having issues. Many people are.

Left all addons as-is. I just checked the "allow outdated addons" button. Didn't even need to update any addons or libs.
Game works fine except a couple of crashes when logging out a character. But that is a known issue apparently unrelated to addons.

@Aurielle It is an order. I go through his points step by step and say what it is for me, that is not offensive nor does it invalidate anything. I could write that in a huge wall of text sure, but that would cost me time and isn't efficient. There you see one by one how it is without useless side info.
