Gamepad UI Changes - are you serious?!

Custom UI scaling set while in Keyboard Mode will no longer apply to Gamepad Mode, which was causing a myriad of UI-related issues.

this change completely neglects part of your playerbase and is so rude and disrespectful to your paying customers. especially after flat out ignoring feedback and complaints on this.

but of course you decided it was important to fix this:
  • Fixed an issue where the Buy Crowns button could overlap with your Crown Gem amount.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Furnishing Limit Type" label would not appear correctly on tooltips shown in the Crown Store when inside a house.
  • Fixed an issue where the Crown Store would always open to the ESO Plus tab if you navigated to it from the Announcements screen.
this really goes to show where your priorities lie and i am seriously disappointed in you, zos. :(

this makes the game borderline unplayable for gamepad users. not to mention the accessibility issues for many people.
please look into finding a solution for this. or at least give us options like 25%, 50% 75% scaling etc.

I have never been able to use Scaling with gamepad ui... it made the game literally unplayable. It would be nice if ZOS allowed an option tho.

I'm disappointed by this change as I almost exclusively play with a gamepad these days. If the scaling caused some other UI problems then perhaps fix those problems instead of haphazardly applying a bandaid. If this isn't reverted or otherwise fixed, I doubt I will continue to play as this greatly hampers my enjoyment and I've barely been logged in since I finished the update.

This stinks. Upscaling was useful for the visually impaired. Games tend to add accessibility features over time, rather than remove them. Gotta love that Zenimax quabity.

honestly what they did is not applying a bandaid. they left the wound untreated to rot and the injured to die. :#
