Well @Xilc, I don't know if you've seen our ad here on the forums or not, but Tyrs Paladium generally wants this same thing! We're not exactly "large" if you mean hundreds of online members at any given time, but we usually have about 20+ on at a time and we enjoy a good chat, dungeons, overland content, etc. We also do Zone Stomps every wednesday night which include delves, world bosses, skyshards etc.
