I would not say infinite mag because you can't buff the damage on the set. with the exception of a few variables EG: damage done stats and some debuffs. could lower the mag return but drop the aoe cap as well.DRAGON SPAWN

If you're getting zerged down by an infinite amount of people I don't see why you shouldn't get a bonus. Lughlongarm✭✭✭✭✭Not sure why players wants sets to become completely overpowered to the point it will get on everybody's rader and will get nerfed to the ground.
Overwhelming surge is already a sleeping giant and it also bugged. The damage effect is considered AOE direct damage and not AOE dot damage which make this set very busted.0
