Spell Critical bug after drinking potion

I notice that after drinking spell potion, spell critical value decrease instead of increasing or staying the same. The first screenshot have 84.4% critical chance before drinking spell potions. As can you in the second screenshot, the value of critical change to 44% on the primary bar. I am not sure if its a visual glitch or not.

What potions are you using? In both of those pictures you already have major prophecy.

What potions are you using? In both of those pictures you already have major prophecy.

The Major prophecy is from the inner light. I was using the regular spell potions (Essence of spell power). Screenshot of primary bar:

Noticed the same but seems more like a character info bug rather than actual spell crit decrease. While my character info says my crit is low like hell, my abilities crit around 65% anyways when looking at actual parse.
