Need help getting my account back

Was able to get back my ESO Forums account details but still have been unable to get my account back to play the game I first left a request this Saturday but I got no confirmation email stating it was accepted or anything, I have provided enough evidence to show it was me who owns the account ( especially since I own the email for it but forgot the password) since I got no confirmation email I did not save the reference numbers until I made the 3rd one just to double-check they were added to the list by asking someone from the twitter support, My Ref is 200209-003782, please can I get a response so I can just get back to playing the game, please
