Can't login PS4/EU and PC/EU but ok for PS4&PC/NA

Can't seem to login to EU server on either PS4 or PC today. If I switch to NA for both, it is fine and I can load any character with no issues. For EU it will time out or allow me to get to the character selection screen (only once on PC). I would like to get my daily login reward for these today. Appreciate if you can look into it or let me know what to do. Thanks.

Unable to connect to servers. But it's from the Login page to get to Character page. For both PC and PS4.0 -
mochicake✭✭Managed to login this morning at 11:30 AM (+8GMT) for PS4/EU so it has been fixed. Haven't checked PC yet. Thank you.0
