I do 5-1-1 for my Torugs setup, but all 7 heavy on my Leeching build.

Why do you 5/1/1 only for Torug's?
The only difference is that heavy head + medium shoulders will give you slightly more resistances. So yes, ideally you wanna have it setup like that eventually, but it's not the biggest difference and it's okay to run it the other way around.

@Raisin this is wrong, head and shoulder pieces have the same armor value (if same weight) therefore it doesnt matter which is heavy and which is med, even resistance wise.
