• Has A Khajiit Mode which makes other players invisible to you! The way this AddOn works, is it makes the new players coming into your current zone invisible. The ones already there will still be visible until they leave that zone and come back. You will also still see some effects of the players even if they are invisible to you.

To start making other players invisible click on the "VanishPlayersDesc" side menu button: Pacrooti will appear, meaning: NEW players coming into the same zone as you will be invisible. Make sure you have the Bandits User Interface Version 4.298 or older to have that feature. Don't message the AddOn Creator asking questions, they only removed this feature because "tired of stupid questions about it". Once again, it only makes NEW players coming into your current zone invisible, you have to wait for the other players to leave your current zone for those players to become invisible

I'm sorry. This makes other players invisible to you? So it basically turns ESO into a singleplayer game (though with some resources sometimes vanishing and enemies keeling over dead from invisible players, I suppose)? Can an addon do that?

Wykkyd's Full Immersion
This used to be my go-to, but I stopped using it when it stopped updating. Is someone maintaining this mod again? How well does it handle helmet toggling?
My main use for this mod in the past was hiding the compass and toggling helmet. For these two functions, I now use Cowl (hasn't been updated in a while, but still works in current patch) and No Compass (it's really good when you're hiding your compass on purpose; if you want to see your compass, it will still randomly hide it, so only use it on full immersion characters).


I look forward to seeing how your guide turns out. I usually have at least one character going in full immersion mode at any time, and having enemy highlighting and combat cues turns out goes a far way towards making this feel like the other Elder Scrolls games.

Immersion for me, is getting rid of the UI. Seriously. Unless I need to go into my menus, or need to talk to an NPC, it's off. In game Music goes off too.

This used to be my go-to, but I stopped using it when it stopped updating. Is someone maintaining this mod again? How well does it handle helmet toggling?
My main use for this mod in the past was hiding the compass and toggling helmet. For these two functions, I now use Cowl (hasn't been updated in a while, but still works in current patch) and No Compass (it's really good when you're hiding your compass on purpose; if you want to see your compass, it will still randomly hide it, so only use it on full immersion characters).


I look forward to seeing how your guide turns out. I usually have at least one character going in full immersion mode at any time, and having enemy highlighting and combat cues turns out goes a far way towards making this feel like the other Elder Scrolls games.

The Bandits User Interface has a Khajiit Mode Icon on the Left side of the Called Custom Bar menu that you can toggle it on and off and new players spawning in that zone wont be visible to you, but they will still be doing damage to other mobs, so you might see mobs fighting ghosts I just act like they are being attacked by another dimension :P

The Wykyd's Full Immersion addon I just use it to toggle the Compass on and off, if ever I need a hint to check up in what direction a quest is (Since I turn all my pins off map and play TES3 Style). I also have been using No Compass before I found out about Wykyd's full immersion. I tried the toggling helmet part but it does not work for me it seams, even keybinding it does not work, maybe it interferes with one of my other addons I will try it to troubleshoot it.

If Wykkyd's Full Immersion hasn't been updated in a long time, then I don't expect its toggle helm function to ever work. Zenimax reworked how helmet toggle works a couple of years ago.

Immersion for me, is getting rid of the UI. Seriously. Unless I need to go into my menus, or need to talk to an NPC, it's off. In game Music goes off too.

Zone Name Alert - Once you remove the icons next to the Zone name in the settings menu, this is a nice addition

Wow thanks a lot for the Zone Name Alert! I even made a post about removing it and the only way I could get it done is with Bandits Frame Mover to move it completely off screen but you miss other important information! I will Add it ASAP!
I also Use Clean UI and Dark UI for the look, So I might as well Add them

Doesn't look like it. Seems like it's just a simple addon to "show" the zone or subzone name. I find it pretty immersive to see this on my screen, but I can see why some might not. The icons look silly though, not sure why those were even included. I immediately turned those off.

After 1 hour on Wikki how to make an addons, I was able to modify an addon and now I dont see the Zone Change Notification anymore! I also Modified another addon to hear the execute sound for mobs!

I hope you will make the point somewhere in the guide that for some players on PC maximising immersion means not using addons, especially those that show you where everything is thereby removing the whole point of exploration, while console players seem to have no problem with immersion despite not being able to use addons at all.

This future guide addon's aim is exactly at that, to give the option to the user to remove as many options they think that ruins immersion for them, example is the Pinkiller addon, its able to remove every single pin in 3d world, compass and map, so talking to npcs brings a surprise not knowing if they have a quest or not.
But ultimately I just wanna give people the options I wish I had in the game without searching months for all the great addons or even tweaking some myself to get the desired results.

With this addon you can display any selected collections as bars Or Key-bind them.

Idle Animations AND/OR Custom Idle Animations
Is an addon that gives personality to your character. When sitting idle for several seconds, your character will perform an emote (animation). There are many different styles to choose from, even a Random option that cycles through all animations and a Custom option that let's you pick your own!

Librarian Book Manager

pChat is an addon to overhaul the way text is displayed in the chatbox, make your chat customizable as it should be. But most Importantly lets you Bind Multi-keys with CTRL,SHIFT and Alt.

Thanks for the guide - just installed ESO again and had a hard time remembering all the immersion mods i used - you actually got them all collected here i think + plus some new one.

I would recommend Notebook 2018 - then you can write your characters story as you like as progress.

I would also add loreplay addon- allows to change costumes automatically, when entering city, dungeon, house, etc. Also, there is addon, do not remember name now, but it gives 1st person view, while riding on mount. Ah, that is immersive horseriding, tnx for reminding the name
