How good is new Clever Alchemist with Argonian in PvE?

I can't test this myself because I'm just an Xbox player, but I'm interested to see how a Magicka DPS build as an Argonian with Clever Alchemist and Infused Potion Cooldown Reduction jewelry would work. I'd love to test it myself, but I don't have access to the PTS and I don't want to waste the materials on live if it doesn't work out. Anybody interested in trying it?
Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

✭✭It works great now, and will work better when its buffed. You can do it with any race, argonian however it works exceptionally well.0 -

Triple infused pot cooldown COULD be interesting on an argonian nightblade (nice ultigen + argonian pot passive) alternating between power pots and armor pots or wtv but:
- good on paper, questionable in practice
- micromanaging pots WHILE in combat is a bit tedious
- You think runnings imovs, power pots or wtv every 45 seconds is expensive? Try using them every 21 secs! $$$$$$$$$$$$$0 -

I don’t think it’d be good in pve either, but it’ll have some pvp applications.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:

Kadoozy✭✭✭✭Don't think it would be great in pve. In pvp I could potentially see it on an argonian DK to help solve sustain issues. Though it would probably get expensive.0 -
Nevasca✭✭✭✭✭In pve, no. PvP will be viable especially for solo players. There's so many buffs you can get with pot cd, you can keep major expedition up all the time like in the old days. You could also get lingering health + major buffs (both damage and resists) to 100% with pots alone, allowing you to have more flexibility with your skill bars.
It's a pretty fun build overall. Don't do it if you are not filthy rich though.
Edit: Technically you can make it work on pve but it wont be meta. Not terrible but not bad either. If war machine and etc were still meta I could see a NB support DD with CA and pot enchants. Probably works really well in dungeons if your healer is pushing damage, major slayer is extremely good im 4man. No need to be argonian, either.Edited by Nevasca on February 5, 2020 7:33PM0 -

I used CA + Reachmen on an argonian No cloak stamblade PVP, medium armor S/B-DW... it wasn't amazing, just decent at the time.
