A wish for Cyrodiil

Can there please be a night time in cyrodiil like there is in the rest of the game?
And it would be cool if theres some kind of night time bonus for vampires in cyrodiil since you are reworking the vamp skill line.
I also wouldnt mind being able to feed on my alliance comrades if they allow me. My Vamp only needs a little drink, she doesnt need to drain them dry
