Lore characters are always different in some way. None of the five companions are true to any of the player classes.

I don't think I've seen any other red guard with Sai Sahan's beard either.

This one yearns for a Lyris Pahmar-born Giant / Khajiit half-sister.

    S.

You just made me think of the time in Lore where a Dunmer girl had an interspecies moment with a Khajiit in the middle of a Tavern.

TBF, Khajiit will bed almost anything with a pulse.

And to be fair, they almost have to have slightly different morals, given that their species can be born bipedal, quadrupedal housecat-sized, and quadrupedal horse-sized.

And since there does not seem to be any difference in how any of them are treated based on birth, that means they also don't bat an eye in a pairing of biped & quadruped.

If somewhere down the line a Nord and a Giant got frisky enough to eventually result in Lyris in game, then yeah, its apparently Lore friendly. Im just going to assume the original Mother was the Giant. The parts fit a lot better that way.

At least according the the MQ where you help her backstory, her father was part-giant and her mother was normal Nord. They even use that as a point between them that Lyris killed her mother in childbirth (ostensibly since she was too big) and she thought her father hated her for that.

I had a feeling people would get my meaning confused after I posted. I said down the line, as in down her family line, way past her parents to the original Nord and Giant that began the halfbreed tree.

Khajiit kind of have lots of furstocks who is used as npc, they basically depend on your star sign so common even if pretty sure Khajiit had mating seasons to get decent kittens.

Norwegians starting to getting mating seasons to qualify for kindergarten enrollment.
Yes that one was a bit stupid and as maternity wards was not designed for mating seasons.
So after an decade the politicians changed the rules of kindergarten enrollment.

Only showing that more selective pressure among politicians would be nice
Perhaps a bit like an reality show with an bit of revolution.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Nords are not part giants. Lyris' case is very unusual, and she is much taller than any other nord.
Like mentioned, there are at least two other "taller then any other nord" nords out there.
But yeah, it IS unusual. Not unheard of, but unusal.

How does a Nord even "fool around" with a Giant?

Put a bucket over the giant's head and swing by the handle.
Unfortunately, the more likely explaination for such a mixing of bloods is... nord women surviving a giant "attack" and then most likely dying in childbirth if the healer runs out of magika.
I am pretty certain there is some "Rule 34" on this...

High eves appear to be the tallest. Idk about lore, but the all elven race should be shorter or same average height as humans iN my opinion

They are the tallest in lore

Nords are already so tall they make Orcs look short in comparission.

lyris is an anomaly, most nords don't have giant genes.

"Nursed by a giant" would've been a cleaner justification. But then the price of giant milk would go ballistic. Never mind sinking a popular Nord cultural phrase at the same time.
