What I'm seeing on PC/EU (connecting from west coast of Canada, usually a 220ms ping time) is:
1. entirely unable to access any guild traders or guild stores from the banker interface (endless wait, no response)
2. guild bank access starts trying to list contents but waits a LONG time (I exited out, did not want to keep waiting)
3. when rezoning, you may experience endless load screens. I tried porting from Vivec City to Stormhaven, and closed the game after 4 minutes of waiting time; currently trying to login to the game again.

It's fault of EU players because they playing too much and they are not buying sufficient ammount of crowncrates.

i have this since 2 days ago and cant login to my account, after selecting character i get stuck in zone loading screen

Now now, we all know that Trump has no idea how the internet works. He'd try to stop the little Web Goblins from carrying the packages of data back and forth. Not actually succeed at messing anything up.
