How do I get a new password for my forum account when the reset link sends no email?

I took a break for a while and came back to the game a couple of months back. It seems I missed a mandatory password reset for my original forum account (Redcognito, has a different but working email to this new account), but the password reset doesn't seem to send me any email. I've checked spam folders, made sure I'd whitelisted the addresses, but I'm just not getting password reset emails. I did contact support who generated me an invite link so I could create this new account, but it would be nice to have my original one back if possible, please?
