Can't dismount using block

Since the days when dismounting with the attack button led to swinging your weapon, I've gotten in the habit of using the block button instead. Now that doesn't work when you're sprinting anymore. You can use block to dismount when you're stationary, or just moving fast but not in sprint mode, but pressing block (in both gamepad and mouse+kbd) has no effect when sprinting on a mount. The attack button still works (drawing your weapon but not attacking), but as noted in my other bug thread tonight, that causes your Stam Rec to go to zero.
