Now. PLEASE change the visual of the effect. Off-balance is supposed to give you a window of opportunity to deal more damage/get resources back, but the visual effect is not obvious enough. Especially in PvE, good luck to notice that on a trial boss.

I'm assuming you don't play much pvp content, a 7 second window to stun every 22 seconds is not viable, during those 7 seconds the target will purge, hold block, and easily counter the stun do to the predictable window.
