    I have seen an argument for 7 second burst window and only in an effort to be impartial...
    It takes away control from the player, the last change to dizzy was a good one because it forced people to use it skillfully.
    The effect on flame lash makes it impossible to use.

    Assuming subsequent PTS cycles rework the cooldown period to be more acceptable.

    I think it opens the door to other skills being like flame lash and the stam cliff racer and having cool secondary effects based on a debuff, as long as the cooldown period is revised. Having cool secondary effects that don't fall off by other means is fun and encourages more thoughtful play. Also, it not being consumed via heavy attack is a damage buff in CP.

    Kind of a shame about Dizzy stunning again though. It was in a good spot in Dragonhold where you had control over it.

    The change pretty much kills my stamsorc. Off balance and dizzy should be reverted. No need for a huge nerf no one asked for.

    To me, the change is fine. You have a max of 30% uptime, and the status is not consumed by anything. Like in PvE. It's 7 full seconds no matter what, that you can take advantage of, or not.

    Now. PLEASE change the visual of the effect. Off-balance is supposed to give you a window of opportunity to deal more damage/get resources back, but the visual effect is not obvious enough. Especially in PvE, good luck to notice that on a trial boss.

    A 7 second window to stun every 22 seconds is not viable, during those 7 seconds the target will purge, hold block, and easily counter the stun due to the small predictable window.

    if they don't revert off balance change I will leave this game for good.
    cuz first thing they show is they don't care about players feedback ...and they are just ripping apart every good skill in every patch note.
    also if they knew how it will impact some skills and gameplay and they still made this change then I'm not gonna trust them with future of this game anymore .

    I play PvP. There are actual stuns that I use.

    I play sorc. I've never liked the dizzying morph. I'd rather use streak or rune cage. In practice I just stun with a bow.

    Off-balance doesn't have to be the only source of stun.

    This is horrific very unwelcome change:
    1. The last thing needed in CP PVP is decreased damage. And this change will cut at least 5% of sustained dps. (given the 15 seconds cooldown and that pressure is not equal during 22 seconds)
    2. This change ruins several abilities and item sets
    3. Nobody complained about off-balance
    4. Players actually liked off-balance focus in last patches because it promotes skillful gameplay and in the same time doesn't rely on glitches
