imo its terrible.
alot of classes rely on it as a stun due to limited bar space or just their own stuns sucking
not to mention flame lash. that will be absolutely useless.
i dont see why this change was necessary. off balance was fine, sure some players got killed becuase of the stun. but. YOUR SUPPOSED TO DIE IN PVP.
