Finished Dowloading PTS, Now Downloading Another Gb?

I finished the massive download and closed the launcher. I normally run the game from icons on my desktop, not from the launcher. Instead of clicking on my PTS icon I accidentally opened the launcher again and it started dowloading another Gb of data for the PTS. Anyone else? What is this about?
