Ok so what is meant to be the stamina DK spammable has now been turned into a clunky cast time every 4 casts. The initial AOE is actually not a bad idea and the concept of having the 3 rocks floating that you use up.. I get it, it works. However there is literally no reason to have a cast time tied to the initial buff/aoe with no other special effects. If you are trying to keep this buff running you simply hit that cast time wall far too often, this needs a change or it will not end up on anyone's bar.
