Updated Off Balance to behave more consistently across content in the game.
Off Balance now lasts 7 seconds from player sourced abilities and sets.
Off Balance is no longer reapplied to a target for 15 seconds once the original source of Off Balance ends. This cooldown is displayed as a debuff on targets once they are affected.

Bruh, the entire point of using Flame Lash was just destroyed, and Molten Whip doesn't synergise with the DK playstyle at all. This would be like putting a cooldown on Sub Assault.

Bruh, they nerfed the damage of bird as well as our scaling % damage passive and "compensated" us with a bleed stack on birds tied to off-balance. Now nether hail or barrage fit the timer and our entire rotation is an abject disaster. We were already the lowest Stam DPS with a rotation that lined up on the timer.
Mag DKs are running Force Pulse right now anyway in a ton of content. At least you have a fallback option.

Stamden has Crushing Weapon or Wrecking Blow as a fallback option, too. Hell, I never even saw people seriously using the bird in proper content runs.
Whip is also half of what DK has in terms of good offensive tools, too, in terms of PvP. The only other good offensive tool DK has is leap.
Again, this would be like putting a cooldown on Sub Assault, because that's how central whip is to magDK's offense. You combo with Power Lash, just as you do Sub Assault.

Also, Sub has a 3 seconds delay, we have internal cool down of 3 seconds of Power Lash, add 19 seconds delay on Sub, make whip aoe and with Major Fracture/Breech then come and argue how both skills should be compared.

Terrible idea, molten whip is already a stacking ability, they need to either make it whenever you hit a rooted/stunned target you always get a power lash, or make flame lash a rule-breaking ability where it ignores the off-balance cooldown
