But do we need to delete old pts directory first or it will delete it after uploading new one? it getting lot of space old+new one.

I have more then enough space for the PTS but i'm still getting the not enough storage error message when I try to install pts >_>

Let me know how it goes. I havent been able to be involved with the PTS since the last chapter. Certainly not now either, with just 135GB left on my disk. That problem will be resolved in a month or so, though.

The problem is that eso installer needs double the space, once for the download and once for unpacking... Lazy implementation on developers part not optimising space requirements

Done.
I have dsl over ancient copper <2Mbyte/sec down, <1M up. So it took over 8 hours.
I did sleep instead of babysitting my SSD during download & install but got impression
installation did not require huge amount of extra space (had >100G free).
