Yes, it has failed. All Traders have kept last weeks kiosk in-game despite the guild home/history page advising Guilds should have moved.

Please, fix the trader kiosk issues. Guilds do not have the traders they bid on and won this week.

Yup, it failed.
Guild homepage shows we won a bid but the actual trader seems to be still on the old location.
Mail also reports we won a new spot.

It seems that the bids are still active too as they are showing up in the guild page in game. Is there really any way that the game could disappoint even more?

Yes, it has changed on the roster but not in the open world. @ZOS_GinaBruno Whats going on, Gina? I want the trader I paid for with my left kidney, which according to the roster we have won......

Good point, just checked, its the same for me. In the "View Bids" window all the bids are still there...

Well, I don't know anything about traders but sounds like a part of it happened but not whole. Hamster had a stroke midway wheeling the trader swap script?

I guess it will be carefully babysat on NA again.

Well it seems they fixed the biggest issue with that. The traders arent free (yet).

@ZOS_GinaBruno - just in case the amount of pings has any effect. It has been two hours since traders swap, which didn’t happen. And for some reason there is still no reaction from the game developers.

The trader change did happen, but it looks like it stopped somewhere in the middle and not all guilds have been updated correctly. From what I have heard and seen, the assignment of new traders has finished (as can be seen via the guild finder), but the actual locations haven't been updated for everyone and there are also some guilds that haven't been refunded their gold for lost/unused bids. Further confirmed by the fact that it still gives you the "Bidding closed while traders change ownership." message when you try to bid on a trader.

Funny thing that the only red color on the top of the forum screen is in BUY NOW button and still no “Aware and investigating”. Sure thing I will buy something with such attitude /sarcasm/.

A bit of an aside, but that color choice really struck me. Red is used for drawing attention, but particularly in emergencies. It screams danger.

@ZOS_GinaBruno 3 hours have past now. Can we please have some acknowledgement of the trader swap error and some reassurance it will be fixed. So, guilds finally get the traders they bid on this week.

I'm not in any huge guilds on PC-EU, but I can confirm that this is true. According to the guild UI, The Adventurer's League is supposed to own Varandia in Shimmerene but Ordo Militaris Templi still have her.

If you look at the timestamps in the pictures, you'll see they are taken a few minutes apart on 2020-01-19 (today) at 23:22, 23:23 and 23:25.
