Greymoor Physical Collector's pre-order for Canada

I noticed Amazon.com has the PC, XBOX, and PS4 versions of the physical collector's box for pre-order... but Amazon.ca only has the PS4 and XBOX versions. When will the PC version be order be available for pre-order in Canada? Perhaps there is another site/retailer?
