Hey folks!
Been a long time player of ESO, on multiple platforms, but just recently went to login on PC and my account seems to be missing. Thankfully I did have my forum login still active here. I had recently opened a ticket when a 3 month membership charge came out (~$40), which unfortunately sent my bank into the negative. At this point, immediately after I received the receipt, I opened a ticket requesting a refund to avoid any overdraft fees. I had also opened a case with PayPal to avoid any bank overdraft fees. I did not use any crowns associated with the membership or anything like that, but I'm guessing that opening a PayPal case may be where I crossed a line- and if so, I apologize.
When I started playing ESO on PC, I became quick friends with someone named Taylor and we tackled everything together. Learning mechanics, questing, and everything aside from dungeons (we were too scared to mess up, at the time!). It's been 3 years, this year, since I've seen them online, but I still hold out hope that they'll login someday. My account holds so many memories, not only between us, but from when I joined my first guild, made friends there, and became one of their best tanks to silly things like creating a Shrek lookalike and helping new players around the release of Elsweyr.
If I broke a policy, I understand and deeply apologize. But if at all possible, it would mean the world to have my account back. I can even pay the membership fee next Friday, if necessary. The ticket I had opened seems to have two numbers - 200102-001689 and 200116-003844.
