In alot of Pvp band chats I'm in these notes have been flying around everywhere the past 48 hours can anyone who data mines confirm these? If these are true it looks like PvP is going to high damage meta again 
hope this is true something new.
So next patch (supposedly) flame lash will have an execute, so when powerlash is procced it’ll deal x damage and heal as intended but now it’ll scale the damage depending on someone’s missing health, both dk leaps will set enemy off balance for 8 seconds after the stun and apply minor defile for 3 seconds depending on the morph and have a 63% damage increase, engulfing flames no longer scales with spell damage and will apply a more aggressive aoe and increase all flame damage by 23%. Jabs (any morph) will no longer stun the enemy but the 3rd consecutive jab will have increased damage based on missing health and crescent sweep will cost 120 ultimate but will have a 63% damage increase, bone colossus will no longer apply manor vulnerability only till the enemy is hit on the final blow, graveyard will have a 35% damage increase and apply defile to anyone in the aoe for 3 seconds after synergie is activated, incap (both morphs) will have a 32% damage increase and will now heal you for 100% of the damage caused, lotus fan will get a 32% damage increase and the bow will get a 24% damage nerf, sorcs basically have a damage increase of all skills from 23% all the way up to 63% and the atro ulti now apples minor maim and minor defile for 3 seconds while active, warden beetles gets a 32% damage increase and vines get a 43% healing buff, perma frost will apply minor defile while active and will get a 42% damage increase

nafensoriel✭✭✭✭✭99.9% of the time anything you see about abilities is straight-up fake.
The clients we actually use do not generally have the current "working code" that the devs see on a daily basis.
Even if said data was inside of the released client it will be as old as "last patch day+time to current day" and thus entirely out of date. -

✭✭Believe nothing until it's patch notes. But if these do come true, I'm guessing they'll shut down the program where they give certain players better access to Dev notes and what not. This would be the second (third?) time patch notes and what not were leaked before they were finalized and released. NDAs exist for a reason. -

If this changes go live the pvp will not be high damage meta
just meta with pure max resistance and maintaing high dps. Some skills like " perma frost will apply minor defile while active and will get a 42% damage increase" will be now one button *** off .. they should hit tank meta by reduce resistance affect health regen by battle spirit.. -

✭✭✭✭✭Tbh. if this is true, none of the NB changes op mentioned will help, as long as we have cast times.
NB lacks burst combo because of that, not because dmg is too low.
Also, heal for 100% of the damage caused is useless on a 120 cost ULT. NB lacks burst heal, because the one that NB has currently (Grim Focus & morphs) is VERY unreliable as if target roll-dodges the bow - there is no dmg & healing (heal is weak to begin with vs effort you have to put into it imho). -

I would take any data mining with a huge bit of salt right now. This reminds me alot of not long ago when people were raging about a rumor concerning add ons being blocked. -

I argued with them in their tier lists thread about rankings. Supposedly stamblade is top tier along with stamwarden, I argued it was stamtemplar and Magsorc. I think the program was pretty much dead after the first leak already. Last time we heard anything about it was when the update list of reps was announced after the whole debacle. Not a peek since.
I agree that being skeptical about any leak is a good idea but there is nothing too crazy in the list OP has posted so it's either a cleverly done fake or this might indeed be real. We already have a precedent. -

Agreed, likely someone else on the combat team compiles the changes and notes. And changes have been missed in official patch notes before. With everything being second hand, likely somethings are being missed since initial leak. True or false, whisper down the lane style leaks get skewed. -

Yeah honestly I do not understand these leakers. Dataminers are different, they weren’t granted access and insights, they puzzle the pieces together by themselves.

I think the best PvP ranking, at least for solo PvP was created by @Ist3reno1else. Pretty good, wish someone from ZOS would check it on his channel
