Hello, i've recently submitted a ticket regarding a limited time offer, the ticket's been put towards a specialized team. However this has been 2 days ago and since then it still says "Waiting on agent". What are the usual waiting times at the moment? Perhaps i'm too impatient, excuse me if this is the case..
