One of my alt accounts was banned (xbox/NA) and I don't understand why. I use this account to list items for sale in the trader. I do not interact with people or trade with people on this account. I sell luxury furniture items and other items from the craftbag/inventory or personal guildbank of my main account. I have never interacted with any chinese farmers or farmed in low level areas on this account or done anything remotely shady. The account is level 10 and has a cute outfit on. I have never done anything that violates TOS on this account, or on my main account for that matter. I had a lot of high value items from the lux vendor that were on the account that got banned, not to mention a lot of gold from recent sales.
There was another thread where this happened to another player, but before I could add to it or ask questions, the thread was closed by admin. There are other people in the game that this has happened too, and none of us know why it happened or what we should do. It seems we only use these accounts to sell items in the trader, this has already been confirmed to NOT be in violation of TOS.

I followed the directions on how to recover an account that has been suspended or banned and I submitted a ticket 3 days ago, but I have not gotten a response or email confirmation that my ticket was received. I submitted another ticket this morning but still have not gotten a confirmation email or a response. I normally get email responses that my ticket has been received almost instantly, so I'm not sure what to do now. The most recent ticket number is 200105-004618.
I have other alt accounts that I use for the same purpose: I log into these accounts about every 1-2 weeks and list items for sale in the trader. I transfer the gold to my main account, and I spend that gold buying furnishing blueprints and overpriced housing mats, and motifs to make cool outfits. I've been doing this for 3 years with multiple accounts, and have never had a problem before. I dont want to lose any more alt accounts, so if someone at ZOS could please let me know what went wrong and why I lost one of my accounts, and what I can do to get it back, I would be most appreciative.
