i'm currently using the native client. should I be using steam instead? is it better?

    Nooooo! Steam users have had many problems.

    It hasn't happened for a while, but Steam/ESO have had login issues in the past that prevented Steam-only PC players from playing while non-Steam PC accounts could log-in normally.

    So unless you have a compelling reason for adding ESO to Steam, its probably not worth the risk.

    I keep hearing that, but it hasn't been the case with me.

    I'm sure that non-Steam users have also also had many problems, too.

    Weird, never had a single issue with Steam but over rhe years and mutiple mmos I have had a ton of issues with native clients.

    I used to have a steam version and i switched to native and im not going back.
