Account compromised

I was sent an email saying my eso account was compromised on the 10th of December and was asked to send info to verify it was my account. I sent all the info immediately but haven't heard a response. Just wondering what is going on and why it's taking so long to verify this. Just want to get back to playing.

I don't think that is what this was, but I hope it isn't. I was playing earlier in the day, went for lunch then couldn't get back on and then I saw the email. It didn't ask for email or password.
