Patch 5.2.11 slow motion

I just logged into the game after the recent patch, and everything; my character, NPCs, Players, monsters, etc., are moving in slow-motion. My current FPS is at 50, and ping is 60, so I know that isn't the issue. Logging out and back in does nothing to fix this.

How did you downloaded the update ?I just logged into the game after the recent patch, and everything; my character, NPCs, Players, monsters, etc., are moving in slow-motion. ✭Yeah most can't even patch and log in by the sound of it. So I guess that makes OP one of the lucky ones.0
