Patch 5.2.11 slow motion

I just logged into the game after the recent patch, and everything; my character, NPCs, Players, monsters, etc., are moving in slow-motion. My current FPS is at 50, and ping is 60, so I know that isn't the issue. Logging out and back in does nothing to fix this.

✭Yeah most can't even patch and log in by the sound of it. So I guess that makes OP one of the lucky ones.0
