If it's anything like PC, keep checking the vampire shrines at Bangorai and The Rift and you eventually find someone giving a free bite. (For WW the difficulty is to find bitable players.)

Btw what's with the spawn rate / timing of biting Bloodfiends? I find plenty of WW on nights near new moon after midnight, but I've found Bloodfiends only once by change. Early when I had no idea what those were.

Not true, just got work around it. Plenty of ways! Including ways to make decent attractive lvl4 vamps, male and female. Just gotta go with it as a statement, rather than hiding it. Dark eyes makeup, red lipstick, some charming hair style for the ladies, and naked chest full of tattoos for men. I have about 10 vamps, between humanoids and beasts, and they all get compliments 🤭

If it's anything like PS4, players camp spawn points to kill them so no one gets a bite.

It's a relic from the time when players would sell bites for outrageous prices, and wanted to protect thier profits, denying anyone getting it for free.

Now if someone asks for money for a bite, zone will usually mock them at the same time many free bites will be offered...but the spawn camp/killing remains. Probably out of some weird, little understood tradition. Or players who come across them not knowing a difference and killing them like any other mob.

Just ask in guild chat if you're in one, or in zone chat. Be at the shrine to make it easier. Some kind blood sucker will hear your call.

I do have a question, Why is the AD Reapers March Vampire Shrine the only one protected by the BOSS man Overlord Nur-Dro? The other two are a walk in the park to get to but the AD one is "painful" to get to. Is there lore behind it as to why? I was mapping out what i would have to do once i find the bloodfiends. (it is amazing i find the werewolves all the time but can never find the BF's. )

Their spawnrates are pretty much the same, just the locations differ.
But generally all it really takes is a bit of looking around, at the right time (full moon nights after midnight) and getting into a fight...

Back when I was looking for those for my bites on those alts I wanted to go furry or sucky... I used a certain fighters guild skill that highlighted such creatures a bit. Makes finding them that much easier... especially if you wander around wanting to find them on your own, too prideful to look up the locasions on one of the numerous guides on the 'net!

Yeah, those were the days of bloody c*nts messing with other peoples game enjoyment just to gain a little profit. Thankfully it mostly has passed... I did some of mine back in those days, and I rather spent a whole weekend chasing down vampy locations for my breton waif alts free bite then -ever- give them the satisfaction!

These days... for one its much more laid back, had no issues at all finding a furry infection on my drunk nord. For another, way more people offer such services for free... I remember someone asking in a guild I am in once, and half a dozend people offered to take a break from their questing just to help out vamping the newbie... much better vibe, that!
