It seems absolutely nailed-on that a person holding the hammer subsequently becoming emp is fundamentally part of the program. It's not an 'exploit' such as porting though keep doors to get an advantage as has happened prior. People who exploit such types of programming GLITCHES get what they deserve. Poor or ill-thought out base mechanics like Volendrung need to be addressed in a patch update if they are indeed been judged to not run as intended, and a full set of guidelines re-published.
Very poor form in my book to try and demonize a player when a person is simply enjoying the game they paid for and receiving the buffs they have worked hard to earn. Simply because you are frustrated shouldn't give you the right to be judge, jury & executioner.
Last time as stated above.
Its all been dealt with I have vids and pics of exactly what happened so before you get on your high horse ive used my brain pal and im happy with the outcome.
If you are right ZOS wouldn't have even got in touch with me and sorted it out so....
End of day if it would have been me I wouldn't have done what your group did, end of, you are making out to be a reasonable person on the forums when IF what you say is true and you WERE in that group and just lying then you proved your status in game.

Maybe instead of simply removing "inappropriate posts" the moderators can check out the actual situation, then retrospectively ban those persons making false claims of cheating? Maybe the same length of ban that the person would've faced if it was proven? I know there are occasions of complainants being ignorant or lacking experience, but there are sometimes clear cases of skulduggery out there...
The fact you are defending that scenario when even ZOS messaged me and stated it was an exploit they are looking into and that particular player is on there radar anyway shows (snip)!
If you are for that kind of gameplay then you are in the minority I believe that 99% of people want the game to succeed and be fun to play (snip)!

Nop, that would be more shaming and naming and would probably be a ban, they don't seem like an ill-intentioned player, but one seeking an investigation, but THIS is not the way to do it! Send the recorded evidence PRIVATELY, they'll give you options that cater to how you can do it

I mean I appreciate your moderation but that rule should always be situational and negotiable. It should never apply to people that purposely break the rules. But hey, then it would be too fair,right?

While we understand the urge to immediately to put a spotlight on a player who may be breaking the rules in an effort to protect others, this system can sometimes backfire and innocent players can be targeted. Alternatively, we ask for players to submit reports with as much information as possible so that our team can investigate and determine the appropriate action to take. We take these reports very seriously and greatly appreciate players who take the time to submit them.

Ive never held the hammer as emp, I don't group with the hammer and i cant control what someone else does with the hammer, so more and more lies. If the faction I play on gets hammer and is dominating the map I actively try to grab to send it to the water.
