Lost game discs

I have, it seems, lost my ESO game discs in a recent move. I've tried to find them, but as it stands I am going to assume they're MIA and I don't want to wait to play ESO.
Can I buy a new set and still access my ESO game account?

I miss my game so all help is very, very much appreciated.
