Have these grapple points ever worked? Was this part of content planned, but scaled back? Anyone have any info? I ask because I just finished the 30 quest achievement for the Dragonguard and more (content? quests? something?) is supposed to be unlocked once you do so. The only thing I noticed was these non-operational grapple points.
